About JamNation

JamNation is Nassau Suffolk Music Lessons' hands-on rock band experience. Your child will learn all the important skills of playing in a real live Rock and Roll/Pop Band:

• How to use professional electronic instruments, amplifiers and sound systems.
• How to create their own improvised solo.
• How to jam with other musicians
• How to learn a song by ear (working from the recording without music.)
• How to work with other musicians in creating song arrangements (leadership skills)

Each JamNation session culminates in an incredible concert given by the band.

Who can participate in JamNation?

Piano, guitar, bass, drums, or vocal students ages 9 - 14 with at least 1 year of experience on their instrument.
